2. HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?
It depends on the project! For asphalt roofing under 30sq, we can typically complete that in 1 day. For more advanced projects, your project manager will let you know a rough timeframe of the project and will continue to update you as it is completed. Please keep in mind that inclement weather may delay the start or completion of your project.

3. WILL I GET A WARRANTY?
Your contract serves as your 25 year workmanship warranty with us. We keep these all on file so you can just call in if you encounter any issues. Along with our workmanship warranty, you will also receive the manufacturer’s material warranty as well for asphalt roofing projects.

4. HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept ACH bank transfer or a physical check which can be handed to your estimator/project manager or mailed to our office at 145 Sawyer St, South Portland, ME 04106. We also offer financing on projects which is something you can talk to your estimator about!

5. DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING INSTALL?
You do not need to be home during install unless you want or need to be! We can go over the scope of work with you in person or over the phone. If you will not be home, please make sure we have access to parking, electricity, and of course, the area where we will be working.

6. DO I NEED TO GET A PERMIT?
Not every project requires a building permit but if it does then we will file and pay for one. Depending on the town, we may need your signature to submit the permit but otherwise this is something we will handle for you!

7. WILL MY HOUSE BE POSTED ONLINE?
We do take before and after pictures of every house to use not only for marketing but also to protect you and ourselves from liability! If you would prefer we don’t use pictures of your home for marketing, just let us know and we won’t use them!

8. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Absolutely! We have general liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance. This protects both you and ourselves! We are happy to provide you with a copy of our Certificate of Insurance upon request.
